Refurbishment of the 1960’s Chemistry building including teaching laboratories and all building fume cupboards to allow the introduction of an energy efficient VAV and wind response LEV system. Internal refurbishment of common areas including staircases, write-up areas and entrances. Over cladding of the external building envelope with improved levels of insulation and new windows and doors improving the building thermal properties significantly.
