The works comprised of fire compartment remedial works within Southampton’s General Hospital centre block, east wing, west wing and the Princess Anne Hospital and generally comprised of the provision, repair and / or reinstatement of passive fire-resistant works within existing ceiling voids, service riser and plant rooms. This project reflected the first year (Phase 1) of a 3 to 5 year rolling programme of works.
