The project comprises of a partial redevelopment of the Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists site in Ringwood, the project is split into two phases; Phase 1 comprising of the demolition of existing out buildings referred to as Unit 1 and Unit 2, new build shells for Unit 1 and 2, together with alterations and partial demolition to Unit 7. Phase 2 comprises of the fitting out of the new units.
