Tom is a practical, hands-on Project Manager who successfully delivers technically challenging construction schemes. Tom has many years experience working in construction project management, utilising a hands-on, common sense and logical approach to delivery. Tom seeks to foster excellent working relationships within the project team and his practical knowledge helps effectively lead/coordinate the design process. Safety and compliance is key to project delivery and Tom aims to deliver without unnecessary bureaucracy, whilst ensuring work is properly planned and coordinated.
